here is a few information on how to transport regular files into zip files. it might help if you are new deviantartist and you want to start doing bases.
personally i didn't know anything on how to transfer regular files into zip files: now i do know from the graphic design course i am taking.
from my instructor:
If you are using Windows, you can right-click on the files you want to zip, and choose Send To-->Compressed Folder. Otherwise you can always download an app to zip your files - Winzip is a good one.
from an linkedin connection:
On a Mac, select the folder and then hold down the control button when you click on it. Compress Folder is one of the options that pops up.
